Overarching principle

The only personal data we collect are those you enter in the Contact page forms: name, position, organisation, country, sector, contact purpose, and message. This data is strictly necessary to process your request.
Purpose of processing

- continue a dialogue you have initiated;
- where applicable, keep a record of institutional or commercial exchanges.
Retention period
Data from messages without follow-up are deleted after twelve months. Data from active dialogues are retained for the duration of the relationship, then anonymised or deleted within the year following the end of the relationship.
No transfer to third parties
Your data are never transferred, rented, or handed over to third parties. They remain hosted by PERO GROUPE SARL and its direct technical providers, subject to a contractual duty of confidentiality.
